THIS STUNNING three-bed London property, on sale for £2.1m, could see you rubbing shoulders with celebrity A-listers, not least Elton John who lives opposite.
Incredible images show the unassuming exterior with a well-maintained patio and some pretty garden plants.
Other striking shots show the chic interior with a modern kitchen, sleek bathrooms and cosy bedrooms as well as bright living areas.
The three-bed mews is located in Queensdale Place, London and is currently listed by Unique Property Company for £2.1m.
“A completely unique opportunity; Holland Park, one of London’s prime property locations, is home to sensational spaces and none more so that this period home that’s undergone a complete overhaul,” states the listing.
“Whilst the surrounding streets are full of charming period homes, most of which are terraced and street facing, this house is incredibly private. Not only is it situated in a land locked, private courtyard, it’s also completely detached and fair to say something that you won’t see too often, given its central spot.
“The top down refurbishment has been a real labour of love for the current owners and includes many interior touches that a potential buyer will thoroughly appreciate. Upstairs, the two bedrooms and sumptuous bathroom are more akin to a high end hotel suite. Herringbone Parquet dominates the floor and neutral tones set the rest of the area off.
“Whilst the second bedroom is currently set up as a dressing room, a little tweak of wardrobes would provide space for a bed. The bathroom is a thing of beauty, no expense spared with the decadent slipper bath and wash basin being the focal point.
“Much of the ground floor is entirely open plan. From the hand built kitchen, through to the living space, as with upstairs, the natural flooring dominates.
“From here, there’s a separate bedroom with shower en-suite, perfect for guests but could be used as a home office/study. It’s currently used as a therapy studio. Of course, no chic London pad would be complete without the integrated intelligent sound, lighting and entertainment system and this house has that covered off nicely. There’s also a very sophisticated alarm set up.
“Both the front door and ground floor bedroom open out to the sun trapped courtyard. Spend a brief period of time in the space and you’ll notice the serene, relaxed environment. Maybe it’s just the fact that the house is in one of the most private settings you can imagine by London standards or maybe it’s the fact that the owners positive energy with the Crystal Gridding that helps. Either way it’s a wonderfully laid back environment.
“Holland Park and the surrounding area needs no introduction. This house has everything an individual could wish for close by, boutiques, coffee houses, restaurants and bars plus transport links. But above all else, it’s the privacy that will appeal to many.”
