Contributor guidelines
What we publish
- Original human-interest stories and features
- Investigations and first-person reporting
- History, travel, environment and culture with strong pictures
- At least 350 words, written for readers, not search engines
Originality
- You must have written the story yourself
- It must not have been published anywhere else
- Stories written by AI tools are not accepted (tell us if you used AI for spelling or research)
- Every submission is checked for copied text
Images
- Only upload photos you took, or have a licence to publish
- Every image needs a credit and its licence details
- No images taken from Google, social media or other news sites without written permission
- You are responsible for any copyright claim on images you supply
Links & promotion
- Up to three links, only to sources that support the story
- All contributor links are published as nofollow
- No paid, commissioned or promotional content: you must not be paid by anyone you mention or link to

Writing for Sex & Relationships
What we want
- First-person stories and reported features about dating, love, sexuality and relationships
- Subcultures explained with curiosity, not ridicule: polyamory, kink, age-gap couples, celibacy
- The money and the industry: dating apps, creator platforms, sex work and the law
- Sexual health stories with a qualified expert quoted
House rules
- No nudity or explicit images, and no explicit language in headlines
- Written consent from everyone featured; anonymity on request
- Everyone featured must be 18 or over
- No links to adult sites, cam platforms or creator profiles
