Grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and shopping are available within the surrounding communities.

“The charming and well maintained summer home with four bedrooms and two and a half baths comprises over 3500 sq ft and is completely finished in pine, spruce and cedar. A large open game room with dining area, screened veranda and private office are central to the main living space.

“The surrounding natural waterway is possibly one of North America’s best kept secrets with over 100 miles of navigable lakes and rivers with direct access to the Bay of Fundy and the Atlantic Ocean.”

The island offers plenty of recreational activities to keep you entertained including swimming in unpolluted fresh water and fishing for trout, pickerel, Atlantic salmon and bass.
