MEET THE woman who claims she has never loved another person but has found love with a PLANE that she has been in a relationship with for nearly FIVE YEARS over which time she has slept with a model of the PLANE IN HER BED and says she loves his winglets and thrusters.
Intimate pictures show saleswoman, Michele Kobke (29), from Berlin, Germany, kissing the door of a 737-800 Boeing plane that she calls āSchatzā.
Michele is pictured kissing the cockpit of a model of the plane on her bedroom floor, while other pictures show her hugging components of the actual plane in a park.
She says she fell in love with the plane the first time she āmet himā at Berlin Tegel airport and after nearly five years, she plans to marry him and move with him.
āThe last time I was in a relationship with a man was in 2011 but there was no love there. Schatz is my first love. This is the most beautiful relationship you can imagine,ā Michele said.
āMy first flight was at the end of November 2013 and I became so in love with aeroplanes, I got so excited every time I looked at aeroplane pictures and videos.
āOn March 11, 2014, I was in Tegel airport and visited the aeroplanes and then came a 737-800 airplane, which approached me, and I have been so in love with him since.
āSchatz is so nice and I love his aerodynamics and his appearance; especially his wings and his support surface – I love it. I was first attracted to his wings, winglets and thrusters.
āEvery type of aircraft looks a bit different and my darling is the most updated version. My love is not easy, because I only meet him if I fly with my 737-800.
āIn Hangar and Taxiway is not possible to be with him, so we donāt have much time together to enjoy each otherās company.ā
Objectophilia is a form of sexuality focused on particular inanimate objects. People with this preference may have strong feelings of attraction, love and commitment to certain items or structures of their fixation.
Some object sexual individuals also often believe in animism, and sense of reciprocation based on the belief that objects have souls, intelligence and feelings and are able to communicate.
Despite receiving a positive reaction from her family about her unconventional relationship, Michele says that the long-distance element of her relationship has been difficult.
But she uses components and models of the plane as a way to stay intimate with Schatz and she plans to marry him one day.
āSince Iām in a long-distance relationship; it is a disadvantage as I can only get to him when I fly with him. My family has reacted quite pleasantly and accepted my relationship with my 737-800,ā she said.
āI get many pejorative comments like that I need to go to therapy or that I am sick. But this love is present, and Iāve never been so happy.
āI sleep with my darling every night, either with real components or 1.6-meter model. Intimacy is part of our relationship.
āI want to marry my sweetheart and live together in a hangar. It’s a special kind of love and it does not hurt anyone.ā
