“Its main residence is a fabulous three-bedroom cottage with wrap-around cedar decks offering 360° views of the open water.
“This is an incredible outer island closer to honey harbour and it’s very private yet easily accessible.”
The one-and-a-half storey timberframe cottage covers over 2100 square feet and is completely off the grid, powered by a solar system with a backup generator and propane.
There are two approved septic systems in place and a manmade protected harbour, while the location much sought after.
Municipal approval is also in place for construction of a second main cottage and two sleeping cabins on the main island, meaning any potential buyer would have the freedom to develop.
