MEET the stunning aspiring television presenter who is often mistaken for sizzling popstar, Ariana Grande wherever she goes.
Incredible pictures of technical expert and student, Alexxa Morgan (21) from San Diego, California, USA, show her rocking the One Last Time singer’s iconic high ponytail, recreating her classic oversized sweatshirt dress outfit and channelling her inner Ariana on the red carpet.
Another image shows Alexxa relaxing on the beach with a Macaw on her arm, reminiscent of Ariana’s recent Instagram posts showing her getting up close and personal with the animals at Australia zoo.
“I do get compared to Ariana Grande all the time, I think it’s quite flattering, she’s beautiful,” she said.
“I think that she is an incredibly talented singer and has a great sense of fashion.
“Some of my friends refer to me as Ariana because they think we look so much alike. Especially when I have my pulled up in a ponytail.
“I don’t purposefully try to look like her on a daily basis. I think that everyone should embrace their own personal style.”
As well as working towards becoming a television presenter, Alexxa is a keen volunteer and has worked with many organisations, raising money for Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and San Diego Burns Institute. In 2014, she was crowned Miss Teenage California and had the opportunity to compete at Miss Teen America.
Alexxa likes to keep her beauty regime simple and says that strangers always comment or her likeness to the Dangerous Woman hitmaker.
“I like to stick with the basics. If you have a clean canvas, everything else is much easier to maintain,” she added.
“Good skin, groomed eyebrows and healthy hair. My hair definitely takes the longest to manage because it’s so long and thick. Most people think my hair isn’t real.
“I generally am able to do my makeup in fifteen to twenty-minutes. But for special occasions it can take me up to an hour.
“Generally, people first ask if I have ever been told that I look like Ariana Grande and other people ask me what is my ethnicity, I am French, Filipino, Hispanic, and Spanish Basque.”
